All goods remain the property of Preston Marine Services Ltd until such time as they have been paid for in full.

All purchases made via this Website are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
DELIVERY
We aim to despatch all orders received within 24 hours. If an item is out of stock we will e-mail to advise. Our default policy is to cancel orders for out of stock items, unless instructed otherwise by the customer.
It is the customer's responsibility to select an approproate carriage option for the goods purchased on the checkout screen. The order will only be despatched when an appropriate carriage selection is made. If in doubt as to which carriage option to select, please contact us.
For non-mainland UK, highlands and islands, overseas orders, heavy and bulky items, pyrotechnics and other hazardous goods an additional charge will apply.
RETURNS POLICY
Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt without query. When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it recorded delivery. Goods should be returned in 'as new' condition along with the original packing where applicable to:

Please retain proof of posting and enclose the original despatch note, along with a contact telephone number, stating the reason for your return. We'll exchange the item or refund the cost of the goods whichever you prefer.
We cannot, however, refund or exchange damaged goods, books, charts, software, videos, cut lengths of rope or cable etc and also any goods which have been made to order.
